- The certificate has to be approved by the Ministry of Education, and the person applying has to have finished in the last two years.
Within 48 hours, the candidate will also get an email about the deal. The routes also include the ICP’s Customer Happiness Centers, where a candidate can send in an application after meeting all the requirements and presenting all the necessary paperwork. The individual can also bring an application to a typing center that the ICP recognizes.
If an application is sent back because the information is missing or there aren’t enough supporting documents, it is automatically refused after 30 days. If it’s sent back three times for the same reason, it is completely turned down.
