- The Palaces are influenced by Swedish design and way of life. They have five floors plus a rooftop and are set in private gardens with white sand beaches.
- It takes up 21,689 square feet (2,015 square meters) and has a gym studio, massage room, sauna, snow room, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi.
- In front of the houses is a lush, tropical “jungle” garden that leads to a private beach with white sand.
- The roof is shaped like the bow of a Viking ship and has a geodesic dome made of gold-tinted glass that gives a wide view of the islands and the city of Dubai. There is a party room on the roof that can fit up to 300 people.
