The representative of the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, was mourned by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
Today, Sheikh Saeed, who had been battling health issues, passed away. Flags will be flown at half-staff for a period of three days, beginning today, Thursday, July 27, and concluding at the end of Saturday, July 29.
The Presidential Court reported that Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed had a health issue on Saturday, July 22. Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the representative of the Abu Dhabi Ruler, is experiencing health issues, the Court stated in a statement. We ask Allah, the Almighty, to hasten his recovery.
A career in service
was chosen as the Representative of the Ruler of Abu Dhabi in June 2010 and was born in Al Ain in 1965. He was chosen to serve as the Department of Planning’s Undersecretary in Abu Dhabi. He also served as Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan’s representative.
Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed, a former member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council (ADCED), previously served as the head of the Maritime Port Authority.
